MBR membrane module

Product Introduction

The main function is to collect the produced water of MBR system and aerate the membrane components:

1. High anti pollution MBR membrane: The average pore size of the filter membrane is 0.1um, and the material is reinforced PVDF membrane fibers with inner lining.

2. Water collection main: Collect the produced water from each MBR membrane, and reserve one flange or inner/outer wire outlet after integrating the complete set of components.

3. Aeration main and branch pipes: perforated aeration pipes, mainly used for mixing air and water, flushing membrane surfaces, slowing down or preventing membrane fouling, and providing biochemical oxygen demand. The bottom of the membrane corresponds to the aeration branch pipe, which is collected in the main pipe. After the complete set of components is integrated, a flange or inner/outer wire inlet is reserved.

4. Membrane outlet inner wire joint and membrane cover: The outlet inner wire joint is used to connect with the outer wire joint of the water collection pipe.

5. Diaphragm cover: used to block the excess outlet of the diaphragm.

6. Lifting ear: used for lifting membrane components.
