Product Introduction MABR (membrane aerated biofilm reactor) is an aeration biofilm reactor based on air/oxygen membrane conduction, which mainly utilizes the efficient oxygen permeability of oxygen permeable membranes to treat high oxygen demand and difficult to degrade wastewater. Advantages and Characteristics 1. Low cost and good effect: Due to the large coverage area and small usage of MABR membrane components, they can be repaired in situ (without the need for any external construction), resulting in lower treatment costs. The active microbial system and the growth type MABR biofilm system (with anaerobic, facultative, and aerobic bacterial layers) complement each other, achieving simultaneous nitrification and denitrification in a single reactor with high pollutant removal efficiency. 2. Low energy consumption and high efficiency: The oxygen transfer efficiency is 3-4 times higher than microporous aeration, and the oxygen utilization rate is over 60%. The traditional technology has an oxygen utilization rate between 10% and 20%. The unit volume of aeration membrane area is large because a single device has low energy consumption and high efficiency, making it particularly suitable for large-scale, long-term operation in river management/sponge city planning. 3. Easy to install: Directly installed in existing river channels/biochemical tanks, using micro nano level aeration or bubble free aeration, without stirring the sediment, there will be no turbidity phenomenon, and the impact on the operation of existing equipment and systems is minimal. 4. Long service life: Hollow fiber membranes made of high-strength membrane materials have good flexibility and continuous fibers, combined with acid and alkali resistant sealing glue, making the components have a long service life. 5.
